Thunderbat [AC #134]

For the 134th edition of Anthro Challenge anthrochallenge. The theme this time is Stormy Weather.

Celia the mutated bat girl is one of my older characters. It's kinda funny because I have always associated her with electric/lighting in my head, even if she doesn't look the part. Now she finally has the chance to unleash her power.

Titbits: If you look closely you will notice the giant eyeball in her hand, and a barely-noticeable dragon silhouette in the upper right corner.
